    The Torrey Town Planning Commission will its regularly scheduled meeting on
    Oct 5, 2021, 6:00 PM. This is the normal September meeting that had to be
    rescheduled from Sep 29 to Oct 5 due to P&Z members being out of town. This
    will be a hybrid meeting via Zoom teleconference and in-person at the Torrey
