July joint meeting minutes Wendy motioned to approve July meeting minutes, Kate Seconded the motion. All were in favor.

September minutes Wendy Motioned to approve September meeting minutes, Kate Seconded. All were in favor.

• Update on 2 TC meetings Carrie Shared about the Town Council meetings.
• Sections 9& 10 Discussion

Discussion led to acknowledgment that the following sections need edits

9-2-1 E.

9-3-2 A correct we have more than 1Zoneing

Sue proposed to clear up all referral to Planning & Zoning Commission through out the document.

9-2-5 States Section 9 supersedes Section 10 so corrections should be made to Section 10 first.

“electrical & mechanical” repairs

9-4-3B Add the date Dark sky lighting was adopted.

Steve shared a bit about his experience and understanding of the lighting. And all agree it should be simplified -think 6^th grade language.

Next Meeting should land on Nov 28^th(Thanksgiving Day) can we do Thursday the 21^st? or Wed the 20^th/27^th? Discussion had Next meeting being held Tuesday, November 19^th, 6:30pm. Steve motioned we adjourn, Kate seconded. All were in favor.
