- Call for Conflicts of Interest Carrie Declared a possible conflict Pearl is mother but planned to vote anyway
- Approve Minutes from the July meeting- Who took notes?, who seconded the motion on Skyview BP Sandra Dale helped with notes, Richard was the second on Skyview BP. Motion to approve July meeting with corrections made by Richard, seconded by Steve. All in Favor
- Mercantile Water Tank Is it a structure? Most agree it is a structure due to tank being 9ft wide 9ft tall 26000# full that will take up most of 12ft setback and not easily moved by/for Emergency vehicles. Richard motioned the tank be moved out of the setback, Steve seconded this motion. All were in favor
- Solar Panel BP at Pearl Thorndal-Stewart residence Motion to approve solar addition made by Steve, Seconded by Richard. All in Favor
- Survey spreadsheet tabled due to Carolyn & Janet being absent. Possible work meeting to be scheduled to go over this?
